Q1: What do I do when the video player does not appear?
A: Refresh your page, your computer did not connect to the internet properly.
Q2: Why does the video keep buffering?
A: Your internet connection may not be fast enough to download the video as fast as you are watching it, try pausing the video for a few minutes before viewing.
Q3: Why does a white/blank/black space appear instead of the video?
A: Give the flash player a few more seconds to load. If that does not work, try using another browser. Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome work best for Windows. Both browsers will enrich your internet experience.
Q4: When is the next episode coming out?
A: Usually every Thursday by 8:00 AM ET (Eastern Time), 7:00 AM CT (Central Time), 5:00 AM PT (Pacific Time), 1:00 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Check here for the air dates which can also be found in the menu bar.
Q5: When is the next english dubbed episode coming out?
A: They are released every 4-6 weeks in packs of 4-6 episodes.
Q6: Why are some episodes missing?
A: We do not host these episodes on our server, so they may be taken down if they are unlawfuly uploaded somewhere. Click the "Report Broken" button and we will replace the source of the video.
